The gear you want, for rock bottom prices..

Isn’t it the worst when you try to buy gear in the after market places like eBay and Reverb thinking your gonna get a discount, but instead the prices are more expensive then when the item was originally released.

That vintage drum sampler you’ve always wanted, that legendary keyboard that’s so hard to find. Why cant they just lower the price more.

I’m gonna show you how to get gear for the prices you want.

Who am I and why should you listen to me about buying gear for cheap.

My name is Dyreck Productions. While making a ton of videos on legendary music production gear, I actually ended up buying a lot of them.

I use to get frustrated because the prices were so high in these aftermarket stores. Though since its after-market, you would think they would be selling for huge discounts.

I use to think it was impossible to find a bargain for dirt cheap

But after years of trying I started noticing the same pattern. I started noticing some places the gear sold for cheap, while on other places the prices were high.

And little by little I started buying gear for incredible low prices. I’m not trying to show off but the bargains I got were crazy.

1. We don’t know

The main thing that stops us from finding these deals is that we don’t know all the places to buy gear for the absolute lowest prices. Its so natural for us to hunt for gear at the same places everyone else hunts.

2. Now you see it, Now you don’t

Legendary gear can be a rare thing to find. Because a lot of discontinued music production equipment holds their value, everybody wants it. If your not looking all the time you might miss out on a bargain.

3. Still too expensive

Music production equipment can still go for thousands in the aftermarket. People hear about the exceptional quality and demand for gear, which drives the after market prices through the roof.

The Ensoniq ASR 10

Which came out in 1991 for 2,600 dollars can still go for 2,000 or even 3,000 dollars in the aftermarket.

The Oberheim DMX

Was about 2,800 when it was released in 1980, and it still goes for around the same price today.

The Akai MPC 3000

Which came out in 1993 for around the asking price of 3,995. Can be found right now in the aftermarket going for 5,000 dollars.

I know it all seems hopeless, but have no fear..
